Saturday Morning Run
If you’d like to do extra mileage, then join us for the Saturday morning run.
The pace is between 6:00 and 6:15 minutes per kilometer and we normally do a 10 and 16 km route. We try to never do less but they can be up to 2/3 km longer if the runners are feeling energised. We don’t leave anyone behind and always support each other to get through the runs.
We meet at Land and Lake at 6 am and often stay for coffee, breakfast and chats afterwards.
