Welcome to Lilongwe Hash House Harriers
- We meet every Monday (rain or shine) at 17.00. Locations change each week
- Find us on Facebook or we can add you to our WhatsApp group when you participate in one of the Hashes
- Walks are 4 to 5, medium runs are 5 to 6 & long runs are 7 to 8 km
- Our little ABF for our GM who moves onto new stomping grounds in Madagascar
